Project details: The client is a non-profit organisation and has been our client for a few years. They wanted to go through a major re-branding to make their website more user friendly and improve their overall user-experience. We designed the website including a range of features such as landing pages and user journeys.

Client feedback: We are really pleased with our new website. We have about five different user groups that make use of the website on a regular basis and we have received great feedback from all groups. The landing pages have been helpful with segmenting our users and creating paths for our users that lead to further registrations and donations. Overall this has been a really enjoyable project and Beyond VAs have continued to assist with the maintenance of the site including simple updates to pages which has really saved us time and resources.
